what about docking ur tail as a symbol that you are simply Not going to participate in gender. Charr have got to love body modification they're clearly doing it w/ their horns already

its already canon they do lots with their horns and culturally scars are highly valued, i can definitely see the more extreme ends of body mod being much more common than itd be in humans. stuff like tail docking or horn removal could be counterculture, queer, aligned with things people would associate with gladiums. crossover with the hip youngins and gladium aesthetics might baffle some more conservative old-timers. i feel like gender expression may be more open for them considering their history with womens liberation, so seeing butch and androgynous charr isnt as shocking

AND THE OLMAKHAN i bet they have really cool different body mods that would totally culture shock tyrian charr :0c
