He's in Caudel's world because when you're doing a two person RP story sometimes you need side characters

Since I'm at the reigns for him I have granted him some of my favourite character tropes
- cute little character has a very not-cute personality
- character who is so aloof that people take it as them starting fights
- small cute animal who is perceived as weak and/or young and is neither of those things
