Holy shit, that's Second Life? Things look a lot different lately compared to last I was on. Is that an alt client, or the main distro?

So far i know.... Aeeykay used the BlackDragon client :D

Black Dragon is pretty much the go-to for in-world photography due to how it handles rendering the image (the creator has a highly specific take how to do specular, bump, and glow, in addition to other functions, and is highly vocal about their dislike for the default graphics engine). Most, though not by any means all, of this kind of image, though, can be done under the Firestorm client, or the most recent releases of Alchemy. Overall, SL, when configured properly, can look nearly as good as some major video games. the matter is that most folk don't take the time to handle said configuration, nor have an interest in spending the 10 - 15 minutes needed to tweak it to their machine's best capabilities.
