Sly had the mission, that he should steel a "special" tank. For Sly was easy to stell this "special" tank...maybe too easy...so easy, that he walked in all the time out. Because he was curious, what is in the thank and hade much time to escape, he turned the valve and put it on his belly. And because he gets more inflated and squeaky, like a puffy pooltoy, he made many noises, which is not a problem, because nobody was here, to watch to this tank or stops Sly. I can't really say, why Sly turned the tank on, but after all, he's more a squeaky puffy pooltoy now. And no, he just steel the balloon-inflator tank, not a pooltoy-inflator tank, which this tank doesn't even exsists
