Gavo was called forth with dark magic; by sacrificing a unicorn, a dragon and a phoenix, he was literally created - never actually born. His knowledge was partially inherited from the three he was made from; however, the creators did not foresee (duh) that the emotional component could be problematic; three different creatures from three different cultures and societies all mixed into one... broke him. Hard.

Nowadays, Gavo is definitively someone regular people do not want to meet at night. No money, not really a home and certainly no care in the world. He takes what he wants - by force, if need be. Whilst he works the security at Mo's hotel, he just lazes and does whatever he feels like. And if "what he feels like" means sweeping down onto an unsuspecting beautyful being during the night and ... doing things, then he will do exactly that.

The last part is also why I will rarely post Gavo-related art here. I use him mainly for anything that goes beyond just some funtimes in a bedroom. As in, violence, blood, gore and many other things. He is always the dominant one.

Another thing about Gavo is that I based him off the things that I hated IRL and wanted the most. Long story short, he was basically what artists would call "vent art", but in the form of what a roleplayer - which I was back then - would do. Over the years, he turned into a character I quite like: I can use him in places where absurd scenes might play out, or other topics would be covered that I wouldn't want any of my other characters to partake in o.o
