You're free to use Ritz as either the base of a design or to simply use him wholesale as someone you RP as.
If it is non-commercial, my only restrictions are no AI, no blockchain, no NFT, beyond that, he just simply exists as a character for others good and bad to imagine.
I'm just the guy who happens to have a world / lore that will be considered 'canon' but he's as much someone else's to play around with in their own headspace.
If you decide that he's someone you wanna spend time with or as, you're allowed to do that, I just ask of course that folks certainly don't take credit for creating him, as that's a combination of myself as designer / writer and credit to Hornbuckle for helping finalize design work!

I've always envisioned Ritz (and any other character released in my Creative Commons folder) as characters people can and should feel like they have ownership on to just play with and do their own thing.
