Because I'm slowly getting really annoyed by people using my Designs without giving a damn about the consequences and how much this can hurt my business and my customer's trust.
I understand that some may not be aware and many have cooperated instantly. But some people simply ignore / Block me.
Therefore I will not waste anymore energy or time.
I will not back down from any situation, to get my right!
I haven't worked on my business for many years and earned my customer's trust, so that some random people on the internet try to act funny.
I have a brilliant Community with eyes and ears everywhere!
I will find stolen Designs!

Unfortunately there are many young users who don't understand this concept or just don't give two cents about it. I've seen this before and in fact recall seeing one or two designs of yours on the site before, so I can understand your frustration with the situation. It's one of the reasons why I left the god forbidden site. Generally, no one there even bothers to find credit for artworks and use them anyways (it's a shame, really). They aren't aware it hurts not only artists but designers in the end of it, because some audiences can even falsely believe that the artwork belongs to them.

For any other artist / designer out there, who doesn't have the energy, time or emotional resources, I will fight for.
I will take the time and the energy to put these people in their place.
I know many people don't know what they're doing and are very cooperative.
But just as many don't care and give some really disrespectful replies. Therefore I report every single story I find that uses my art.
I forwarded some art to some adopt sellers and they said " it is what it is" They didn't even care about it.
And I do, in fact I care A LOT! because I put my heart into all my designs everytime and I don't accept that someone shits on that.

Yeah but sadly the law in which you live doesn't apply to others in other countries.
I had this same issue, someone who lives in China was using my character whom I had gotten papers for showing I owned them legally,
but when I talked with a lawyer they weren't able to do anything because China doesn't have laws like that and our laws in the US didn't apply to them...
I was beyond pissed.... No idea if that person still uses my OC and commissions artwork/draws them anymore. I learned to ignore it and just put up beware on Twitter when it happened.
I think you can register for licenses like that in other countries from where you live, but it is expensive... I think mine cost me $350 USD for one character?

Moinsen, ich machs mal auf Deutsch. Erstmal: Es gab schon öfters Outfits die ich haben wollte, aber wo mein geldbeutel nein gesagt hat. ich finde sie immer noch toll, würde aber im Traum nichtd ran denken, die Kleidung an einem meienr Chars zu nutzen.
Was einige menschen im Internet leider weltweit nicht verstehen ist die Tatsache, dass das Urhebergesetz jedes Landes auf die treffen kann. Sei es der Copyright Act der Amerikaner oder unser tolles Urheberschutzgesetz.
Da ich auf YouTube schon mal selber ein Video 'claimen' durfte, weil jemand meinte er könne es einfach kopieren, kenne ich den Schmerz, der eine solche Sache hinterlässt. Bei mir ist es nur ein Hobby, aber wenn der lebensunterhalt davon abhängt, ist der Ausmaß nochmal etwas ganz anders.

Das verstehe ich natürlich voll! Und deswegen biete ich auch free to use designs an und in meinem Abo auf DA 1 outfit monatlich für 5 USD und 5 Outfits für 25 USD + die gumroad designs die sich zwischen 15-25 usd bewegen. Grad für Leute mit kleinem Geldbeutel.
Das hab ich noch nich bei anderen adopt Verkäufern gesehen.
Und natürlich wenn man das als Hauptjob macht, sich was aufgebaut hat, dann nervt es halt ultra, wenn man schon so viel anbietet, es so kleine Idioten geben muss :D
Ich werd weiterhin mein Bestes geben und mich davon nicht beeindrucken lassen. Karma regelt das und ich muss meine Seele nicht für paar Scheine verkaufen :D

Ich hab gerade nochmal mein Kauderwelsch gelesen... dass das überhaupt verständlich war xD Ich werde mir deine DA Seite mal (wieder) anschauen, da ich sie ja kenne, aber DA vor Jahren den Rücken zugekehrt habe. Wenn ich mal ein Design sehe das ich haben möchte und mein Geldbeutel es auch zu lässt, dann habe ich auch kein Problem dafür den entsprechenden Preis zu zahlen. Und ich finde bestimmt etwas für meien Elfe.
