Been in a sega megadrive mood lately since I played the new unofficial 2.5D Sonic 2 fan game called "Sonic Fan Remix" for PC users only.
I've always been itching to paint a canvas of one of the old school sonic games in his glory days, I want to paint more sonic 2 and sonic 3& knuckles canvas of Chemical Plant Zone and Death Egg Act 2 Final Boss.
Seems like sega is starting to make better sonic games but personaly the Sonic 2 Fan Remix is way much better and Sonic Colours gameplay looks much better than sonic unleashed.
Sonic 4 is not bad but I'd rather wait till all episodes are done, sega could have done a better job on this game especialy for PS3 and 360.

This is way cool! Very interesting idea and well executed :) I've seen some game art, but nothing like this at all. There's a magazine in the States called Giant Robot that recently held a 'gaming art' show full of contemporary works and interpretations, but this looks better than most of what they featured. Do you make these for yourself or galleries? It's really wonderful
This is done for myself unless its a commission for a furry canvas.
For video game canvas I'm sticking to this flat size you see right here it looks very unique and its pretty small to, about the length or a PC keyboard but lighter.
More people are starting to like this style and I wanna impress as many video gamers as I can even my friends and family even more so I wanna paint more canvas game paintings like Street fighter 2, Mario bros 3 or paper mario, Bomberman, Super Metroid, rocket knight adventures and more to but I'm getting a bit ahead of myself so I have to be carefull and take my time with this.
