Everytime i went to work before fall set in, I would look and see something like this, and kicked myself for not taking my camera.

The building on the lower left is one of th ePocatello Fire Departments, I forgot which one... think it was unit 3...

Last weekend, the power went out while I was working, took out the whole plaza, the Fire department, William's Dental (where I work nightly), and every building on this side of the road, as well as most the neighborhood where I live... The fire department couldnt get ther backup generator to work, it would start up then die... I remember that night well because I hit my head 3 fucking times on those damn overhanging swivel lights the dentists have because I couldnt see shit >.> *rubs head from the memory*
I did find something out that's cool that night though... those forceflex garbage bags? open them up in the dark and you'll get a beautiful display of static light when you spread them, or stretch them... that was one of the most entertaining (but painful) worknights I had XP
