I think that Callie would be better suited for the role of a Test Pilot. She would get to fly all sorts of aircraft with some of them being modified versions of airframes that were either still in service or retired but still useful and some still having flight time left on their frames. Like she could be given the task of testing a new kind of engine for a fleet-wide upgrade that was coming up. And the top brass wants them fully tested so that they would know if any sort of problems might pop up or to know what kind of punishment they can take and still stay operational.
