This is yet another commission for IJP290... Actually this is a commission that was already commissioned but was taken down due to the EXTREAME wrongness of it. The first pic was such an epic fail that I had no choice but to remove it. And so I worked and worked on the pic and eventualy I came up with this.
Details: because manipulators have feathers which classifies them into the fowl category I figured they would have moar fowl like features... I was wrong... Instead the eye of a manipulator resembles more of an aquatic creature, more specifically, a cuddle fish. In the center of the eye we have a nice soft W shaped pupil. The irises cover the entire eye so there is no white crap. I added the vertical slit just because I thought it would look cool there.
Once again, all manipulators belong to IJP290. So what ever dave says, goes...
