Yeh, I work, have to cover quite some ammount, and everyone is the most important one to take the work from. I am literaly going after a system that makes sense someone told me in my first week, just to hear from the second week, due different shifts, that what I am doing is nonsense.
Despite it making sense just fine!
ALso its very loud there, but some think it makes totally sense to hear each other just fine. To socialize. I gave up on it, as me trying to talk often results in others talking into my words, expecting to be heard but not paying attention. Or they are just deaf already.
