This time, we start with basic fur clumps, but we will use only 1 layer and 1 round brush, no textures. I preserved step by step you can see in the picture, 4 steps for shades, 4 steps for lights. You can change the brush size, use burn/dodge tool and play with the contrast manually if needed.
