decided to try a representation of overstimulation after having a moment the other night lol.
in my case i get completely unable to focus and very mad and impatient. if it lasts too long i get a headache and start getting snippy and mean, which i try to avoid by basically shutting down. i wind up just getting very quiet and disinterested
