I really love your approach to internals. Don't see them actually inside the anatomy like this too often. But I really enjoy the little details you included, like the little one's foot and knee being viewable, I'm guess it's because they're right up against the "visible" part of the stomach. Either way it's a really cool detail. You can really see your continuous improving iterations of the idea.

Aw, thanks! Yeah, it's disappointing that so many don't bother with the abdominal anatomy. For me it makes it more realistic and far more appealing.
