techno. was extremely kind to allow and encourage me to draw their current techno form --- https://www.furaffinity.net/view/46881956/ --- playing out a scene that came into my head from thinking about the phrases 'food for thought' and 'brain food'. I apologize to folks who aren't comfortable with brains being removed, but this is a robot with a brain designed to pop right back in after convenient servicing.
This also started out as a piece where I was going to take it seriously enough to make all my lines actually connect and not overrun too much. And then I got to adding some color because of how good techno's colors are. And then I started adding shading. And then highlights. Some special effects around the 'brain food' fish flakes. Some sparkles where the flakes touch the brain surface. And on and on. The picture threatened to grow completely out of control so I'm posting it now rather than let it.
