Well, to celebrate my OC, Starry's first anniversary, I shall show you the evolution of her design before her final design will be March 3rd.

To me, she was the best OC I came up with. If it wasn't for funnytime77 who adopted a mermaid OC, Starry was never be born.

And now here she is, the truly beautiful mermaid of Grand Line, Aqua's busty sister, and Princess Shirahoshi's special sweetheart.
