Kion and Janja were hanging out and having fun in the outlands, now that seemingly every creature got along now. What they didn't expect were some "leftover outland lions" who quickly ambushed them, recognizing Kion, and kidnapping them. Now Kion and Janja find themselves at the mercy of these lions who despise the pridelands and are hoping to use their two prisoners as a wager for Simba to step down as king.
