I was going to have mercy in the beginning and just dress Ira up as Squirrel Girl this year. Nothing fancy and it'd be easy to draw and color... Then I became a masochist and a sadist and decided to do Empowered.
She seems to identify more with Emp, who seems to have to take every little victory she can, instead of Squirrel Girl, who has beaten Dr. Doom and Thanos with no injury to show for it.
Ah, well. At least the costume was an authentic copy complete with -vorp- blast action.

I am completely new to the whole shading and shiny stuff game. Lord have mercy, do I need to practice this mess.
Empowered is Adam Warren and Dark Horse's. Squirrel Girl is Marvel's.
