Male. short.
Scabby looking fur, splotches of bare skin. Werewolf fur mutation. Longer fur from head, back of neck down along the back. AS image above face partially covered in black marking, looks like soot. Makes him better at blending in.
When sneaking silent and quick.

Not evil, but steals to survive, mostly.
Little eccentric, twitchy, seems like he’s always nervous.
Mild stuttering.

Main weapon a shiv he ground himself on his cell walls for several years.
Likes jumping into the face of an opponent and stab at the eyes.

Born to a circus family, at a young age became athletic and nimble. Which makes him a fast and hard rat to catch.
Circus was burned down, possibly only survivor.

Kept as a pet a couple years by a rich family. Mostly to entertain and watch the children. He got along well with the kids, doing tricks and circus acts. He enjoyed the time.
A pandemic ran across the city and he was partially blamed for children getting sick, despite being immune and rarely being outside, many animals had to be put down. Him too but the father of the house instead put down a mangy stray, stuffed into a bag and tossed onto the fire with other diseased animals. Father of the house did this in secret so everyone would think he put down the strange rat pet. But instead he gave him some money and smuggled him out of the city.
