If you'd like some context I've been entertaining the idea of Bridgebots being sent out to do "hands-on-research" by an "anonymous company" and from there slowly replacing unwanted/hard labor to most labor, to the point where the majority of humanity can just sit on its ass and be observed in a stable, threat-free environment. This would all also be an excuse to interact with humans directly.
