Ever since the first time he'd introduced sweetrolls to Hunts-in-Shadows, Marcurio tried to make it a habit to keep one around every so often to gift to her. She never seemed to catch on to their abundance, and even after they were married, the Imperial still found himself looking to buy a couple when they were in town. Of course, marriage does come with a certain set of perks and benefits that were previously off-limits, and the khajiit knows this, too. He's noticed that, when she catches a whiff of the iced dough, she's all over him until she get's it (or at least a bite), so he's prepared- occasionally bringing two of the rolls to share if he's feeling so inclined towards sweets.
She would take 'no' for an answer if he insisted even once, but, he never seems to make it that far...
Another colored sketch, hrrfrfr. I really like exploring these two's dynamic, and trying to make a healthy relationship between them that ISN'T full of bickering and melodrama (but give me sass and playful banter all day plz).
