I have taken a few Commisions for these. And the cost really depends on what you are looking for. These use a special Flashing tri-Color LED which is more expensive. Single color LED's are cheaper, but they very in cost depending on color. Also depends on how many claws you want and any thing extra, like Spikes or Horns. Then there is the cost of a Battery pack. The cost for the Set you see above is about $125.00

how much would it cost for 10 hand paw claws and 8 feet paw claws in blue with blue LEDs.

$15.00 for the Blue LED lights and Resistors
$9.00 for the wiring
$4.00 for the battery holder
$3.00 for the On/Off toggle switch
$28.00 for the 18 Resin Casted claws
$13.00 for the quick disconnect connectors on each hand and foot and battery pack.
$10.00 for shipping (if in the US)

You would only need 1 battery pack, it would be a 9V system (using 6 AA batteries) with a toggle switch.

How wide are your tail spikes at the base? & how wide are the claws at the base? Are the feet and hand claws the same size?

I would like to get some LED claws from you sometime. & I'm debating which style of paws to use, big paws or normal paws, & I've decided to go off how big the claws are. As for the spikes, I'm trying to decide how many I would need to get from the base to the tip.

At the Base of the tail spike the thickness is about an inch, and they are about 3.25 inches width by about 2 inches tall.

The claws are about 3/4 inch Diameter at the base and about 2 inches long.
