Calm seas always brought about a feeling of free spirit, and a spot of fun. Hopping up to the edge of the railing, Manda slowly drew her Sidearm - a modified pistol, and tilted her head slightly.
"Captain, what are you up to?" Rei asked softly.
"One has to keep from getting rusty, but then again.. " Manda spoke with a smirk. "I'm never rusty."
"That so? Shall we test you then?" Manda gave a nod, and Rei - her First Mate, called to the deck below, to have several jars tossed up from the gun deck below. "5 pots Capt'n. 4 out of 5, and since you have 6 shots in that gun of yours.."
Manda smirked, and poised herself upon the rail. "When ever you think is a good time Rei."
Rei grinned, and shouted. "Pull!"
Two jars went up quickly, and shattered in the air with two shots from her pistol. Up went a third a short time later, and it too, fell into pieces into the sea. Manda grinned, and remained at the ready. The fourth and fifth jar went up, and Manda moved to raise the pistol, when she felt a tug on her tail. "W-what?" Looking back, she blinked at Rei's grinning face. "Oh no..." She turned quickly, and fired the last 3 remaining shots ... only to hear the loud ker-splash, as both jars fell whole, into the sea.
Brining her arm up upon her knee, as she held the pistol, and stared rather in disbelief for a moment, before she heard Rei snicker. She raised a brow, and huffed softly before she seemed to smirk herself, and with a bit of a chuckle to her voice spoke softly to her first mate.
"Shut yer hole, Rei."
Yeah, leave it to me to get cocky, and sort of full of myself, to only be knocked back down - lovingly mind - to reality. <3 *chuckle*
