Construction or a logger, yes, stereotypical, but I like the idea of him using his big frame and muscles for something useful. Or a mall security guard. He doesn't need a gun when he's HUGE and intimidating!

Really, I do. Based only on his images, he looks unhurried and careful to me. I can imagine him sitting somewhere in the nature by an easel, painting some paysage... What about a XIX century setting, may be that would give him somewhat more quiet tempo of life that many of us have now?

Well, since you have Duncan on your userpic, I concluded there should be some link. I think of "fursona" not just a furry copy of his owner but some idealized image, what one wants to be... As far as I know, drawing is not your main job; so I supposed that probably you would not reluctant to make your character a professional artist (in the meaning of principal occupation/time/finances source/etc.). And also saw Duncan image of fitting. That's how I thought...
