Commission for  CoolPat7!

'Strapped for cash and down on his luck, X'hutoa is at wits end. He's in dire need of a job, but he doesn't meet the qualifications anywhere. Desperate, he begs for any position at the local Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria. What luck, they need a night guard! But at his first shift begins, X'hutoa learns what exactly goes bump in the night within the walls of the pizzeria...'

Oh my god.

Oh.

My god.

Oh. My. Fucking. God.

This is not only the longest commission I've written, but it is the longest standalone thing I have ever written.

105 pages.

Over 40,000 words.

Now you might be asking... "Jake, how in the actual FUCK did you pull over a hundred pages out of your ass for this commission, when the rest of the ones you did were between 20 and 30 pages?"

Simple -- Pat gave me a story that was comprised of like, eight or nine different ideas. And I realized after I took the story on and outlined the whole thing that this wouldn't be around 30 pages, it would probably be 50.

Then I realized it would be 70.

Then 80.

Then over 100.

And you want to know something? I started this commission on May 5th, and I finished it on May 13th. I wrote this whole thing in 8 days, alongside my other commissions and other stories at the same time. Long days, sleepless nights, and a whole lot of grit, determination, and sheer force of will went into making this story as good as it could possibly be.

It's borderline a tickle novella. I had to separate every section by document. So in a way, this is like a 9 or 10 chapter booklet.

I'm no longer a tickle writer, I'm a full on tickle author, and the incredibly creative  CoolPat7 is the reason I achieved such a feat.

This story exceeds the Sheriff Hayseed one in length by a large margin, and even then, that one was written over the course of one month by both me and Max. This one?

This one was all me.

What was initially seemingly just a tickly idea of X'hutoa as the night guard at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza quickly became a whole epic. I took the ideas that Pat gave me and fucking ran with them. I expanded on them as best as I could, gave every single character as unique a personality as possible. I knew this was going to be long, so I had to make it worth it.

It burnt me out and broke me due to how much work I was putting into it, clocking up to 6-8k words a day, every day, just to try and finish this huge fucking behemoth. But I did it.

I did it and I'm proud of it and Pat loves it and I hope you guys do too, and I hope this achievement gets recognized. I poured my heart and soul into this one.
