I know I have probably asked before, but for these icons you do, what pixel by pixel and resolution settings do you start the picture with, and do you sharpen with the sharpen filter when you shrink the image?

The largest size you see is as large as it is when I'm drawing it.

I do sharpen it when I shrink it to 200 and 100 px sizes.
