I did something like this before. Yes, it uses graphics from a game, but heavily altered in an artistic fashion and with a creative arrangement - I believe that's what allowed my SaGa 2 wallpaper to stay. Also, I added shaded borders so that they look more like breakable chocolate squares.
If you're seeing this right after Halloween, you probably don't want chocolate. But the beauty of this is that it remains as chocolaty as ever months or years from now. As for myself, I don't need a holiday to enjoy chocolate. Enjoy!
