Tis a nice piece, outfits have nice colours.
I'd aim for making the lizardgal's anatomy abit less human-looking though, but i get ya if it's for sex appeal, generaly though scales usualy entails muscles dont show much and even then i dont think the muscle structure would form into the same shapes for non-humans, but it'd probatly be easier for you to fidget around with leg/arm anatomy: https://i.imgur.com/Uw7mwt0.jpg
For the humanoid, idk probatly looks fine for what it is, but if you wanted to draw attention to that it isnt realy a human, maybe having a finger less or more, and fidget with iris-shapes and colours or something?

Probably, since the game is being made for a wider audience of players, and not just players from the furry fandom, the humanoid anatomy is a deliberate move to give more similar features to humans, for ease of identifying with the game's character.
Some external differences will be given more to the roleplaying of the player, and how he himself sees and positions his hero.
