Can such a thing exist for Emolga TFs, though? What full clothing can prevent getting damaged when the skin flap is literally from ankle to wrist?

TF clothes are for that :3
Probably the clothes would turn into an accesory or a cloak. =3
(maybe a full suit for emolgas having the proper side holes to extend the arms to glide depending of how much the clothes cover the original form ^^)
