I always thank people who are on the clock, every one of them. Yesterday, a friend & I ate breakfast at Denny's. We both made sure to praise our waitress & the people whom cooked our food. She was so thankful & smiled. Remember, we're all the same inside. Everyone gets stressed, tired & upset sometimes. Just like you do. So be kind.
As someone who has worked customer service, hearing people complain all day, especially when they get rude and personal, can be an utter drag to the soul. Remember, anyone you see in customer service or hospitality is a person just like you, with feelings. Treat them with respect, not like trash.
