I got out some Sculpy modelling clay this weekend, and I put together the horns and the nose ridge for my fur suit head.
I admit that I was kinda worried about modelling with clay, because I've never really been good at it. However, I realized that the clay I have worked with previously is simply poor-quality clay. For those of you who have worked with Sculpy or other professional-grade clay, you'll know that it holds a shape very well, it doesn't crumble, and it is relatively easy to work with.
My son and I made the horns pretty quickly, and then I made the nose ridge pieces over the course of the weekend. My sons liked the Sculpy so much that they asked for some of their own!
