I've been working out my body so I could present myself a permanent gift for my 20th birthday (It was a day after when I post this picture). This time, I do the bicep curl with cables.
All of my muscles got pumped along with my veins. Feel the heat of workout, throbbing heart pumps the blood to my muscles covered with sweats. Just me, my body, cables, and my boxers already made me happy. But my success working out my body doesn't stop here, these muscles is hungry for lifting everyday. Perhaps, I'll be way bigger in next decades.
Happy Birthday, for myself in my second decades of life. It would never be easier, I'm the one who had to be stronger and bigger.
Notes: My birthday was 3 days ago at 15th May
