So they are saying that dragons can travel to different universes / worlds, but to do so they have to die and be reborn there as a different mortal species? Yet doing so would let them gain too much experience as this species, thus when they die and return to their original world to be reborn as a dragon, they are not 100% dragon any longer, because they lived a life as a different species?
