Honestly, Pigma being super concerned about cash, and James and Peppy chewing him out for it could probably co-dependently drive an even bigger wedge between the three exacerbating his likelihood to betray them. who says James had to be a perfect person? or Peppy? I'm also infatuated with the idea of Randorn being severely morally imperfect. If he himself doesn't massacre Krystal's people, perhaps Andross could have like in Adventures, BUT he had a hand in it as well, serving Andross at one point. PerhapsRandorn knows a thing or two about treachery and mistrust. Selling outthe Cerinians to aid Animus, making a deal with the devil in Andross andliving to regret it, raising Krystal in shame.
of course I also had to add a toddler Krystal waving goodbye to the SNES Arwings flying off into space. Adult stuff went way over her head.
