Normally a quiet man, Jason Broussard can bellow with the best over the roar of turbine engines to ensure his battle-orders are heard by every man in his Legion. A native of the Southern Colony, Broussard knows the hills and valleys of Callentine as well as any of his opponents, and used that knowledge to his advantage in the Callentine Rebellion. His fearsome reputation would extend to his beloved No. 6 Dragoons, who were frequently in the thick of the action in Callentine.

Broussard was killed during a defensive action near Pasie Vier when a mortar struck the roof of his armored command vehicle. The blast would also claim the lower right leg of his direct subordinate, Captain Redding, who was left in command of the column.
