This is a giant monster in a unfamous cartoon called kung fu master of zodiac(十二生肖总动员) with the name of nian（年）, which is that monster appears in a Chinese new year tale.
It's one of those idiot villains but with macro and vore related plots. He even succeeds devouring many people including the main character, which strikes my vore fantasy.
So it's a really special character to me and now I decided to upload my poor copy of him.(I know nothing about drawing but that's it.)
