And I'm sorry to hear you dealt with jerks, too! It's sad that bullying isn't more rigorously screened for or weeded out. I was my jerk's trainer; he was quite emotionally abusive, and receiving the advice to treat him deferentially wasn't helpful! For many others, he had an infectious charisma (highest baptizer for a while), but I wasn't susceptible, it seems. Lo and behold, later in his mission he was demoted for behaviors including regularly going out at night to casinos, where he was called "El Californio"!
...I could see Sydney acting similarly, if he maintained any of the characteristics he exhibits in the game. XD
