Oh, that's a fun aspect of forcefeeds (or just feeds in general) when yer arms get too fat to reach to yer own face. Or a tube that keeps on fattenin' ya up, in a case like this. And besides that, I'd say her digits have gotten too fat to even grip anything even if her arms could reach. o3o
