Try drawing it in segments. Draw the body first, and add the limbs afterwards. Don't be afraid to erase stuff if it doesn't look right. For this I would have drawn the main body in the angle you were going for, add the head next to solidify the angle. Then you go for the limbs, legs, wings, and tail. After that, details like spikes, frills. Even then, don't be afraid to go back and try drawing out multiple versions of said limbs to find something you like.
