http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4730783/I think I finally could come up with a decent battle armor for Toragami. As his main elements are wind and thunder, yellow and green suited him very well, and it also looks cute. ^^ I gave him some red details like the bandana in order to soften the overuse of green, but I may change his bandana color for another if I think of something else.
I guess that the biggest inspiration for his armor was Kikuchiyo's from Seven Samurai. I wanted to make an armor that could be easy to move and that would also be simple, because simplicity for me is the best.
Toragami is just cute. I wanted to make him an adorable middle-aged man, with a big, paternal heart. I hope I could do it properly.

FIRST COMMENT!!! Beautiful soft painted style. Love the bell hanging from the scabbard (is that what it is?) and the one hanging from his neck. Shoulder and thigh greaves, excellent sensible choice. Does he only have one eye? And the eyebrows and moustache are so character defining, that expression of warmth, confidence and samurai bravado. I want to hug him!!! (but macho warriors don't do that kind of thing, in public at least) FUN FUN FUN FUNNESS!
