"Shhhh... don't make a noise... not even a cracking of a small stick beneath your feet, your breathing, even your heartbeat.
They can hear you.
They will alert him.
He will get you."
The folks of the mountains have told many stories of the Crow Eater. This creature has got no better name they say but there is no better one that could describe this creature's doing.
People rumor that he is already thousands of years old, others say he watched the mountains form, the land become dry and the trees sparse.
In time of change and the lands turning dead, he was filled with anger and sadness. Now his spirit wanders along the cold mountain pathways together with crows.
His shape is of a terrible creature. His hands are massive, his claws long and brittly, his teeth are tools of death and his eyes empty hollows.
Some say he is a condemned creature that got a strange pact with thousand of birds, others say he is a protector.
At night, he watches out that nobody is outside anymore otherwise he will hunt them down.
His occasional visits to the villages on the foot of the mountain can be compared to a feast of the Crow Eater.
Followed by thousands of crows, he blackenes the atmosphere and the sky and scares all the villagers by devouring his followers and spilling their blood on the people's housings and ground.
If the Crow Eater doesn't feel respected and feared, he will take villagers to keep them captured until they either starve, get eaten by the crows or devoured by himself.
Always look up to the sky because if it starts moving fast and blackening and you hear the endless rows of crow yelling, hurry and look for shelter before he will appear in front of you as it could be the very last time you saw daylight.

I'm sad I've missed complimenting on your works so much (granted I have a little bit of an advantage being Rukis' roommate ^^), but I had to take a minute on this just now! I absolutely love the perspective on this and the scene is set up for that perfect gloom and feeling of being closed off and trapped and I dig your blurb to go along with this. Always love your stuff!
PS- OH! Just wanted to also say a quick thank you again! Rukis delivered my sketch safe and sound ;) Many thank yous!

magnificent, simply brilliant, breath taking. Inspiring... and a list of other descriptive words as long as my arm. This piece really hit's a cord withme because one I like werewolves and two the story that you put with it gave the pictuure a whole new level of dpth and meaning. I will be watching and looking for more.
