So amazingly delicious!!!
made these for Halloween there very delicious and fun to make

this recipe makes about 150 biscuits...
Ingredients:
combine thoroughly
5lb all purpose flour
5oz baking powder
2tbsp salt
then blend in 1lb 4oz shortening *Crisco* until well incorporated
then add slowly 1 3/4qt of buttermilk and let it mix until the dough is soft, in the giant standing mixer it takes 30 seconds or so.
then here is the best part add about 8 cups shredded cheese more if you like and 4tbsp Italian seasoning and mix until incorporated knead lightly for 10min i did this in the standing mixer for about 7. roll out to about 3/4 inches thick and stamp out your shapes. arange on parchment linned baking sheet and bake at 425 for 10-15min

simple easy fun and delicious

after i baked them i coated them with melted buttter and added more shredded cheddar on top ^_^
