The girl here is a long time OC of mine. Her name name's Rain, or Rain Monster if you want to go by full title. She appears mysteriously in villages during the Rainy season and is believed to be connected to a deadly strain of influenza. It is also assumed that she (like most of her kind) poses the innate ability to construct and deconstruct life forms, suggesting that this plague she carries around could be a biological weapon of her own design.

Most eye witnesses would testify against claims like these however.
