The end of a long walk.
A year ago I began to write my first story in the CU. I must confess that I was introduced to this Doove concept several years ago. And I just looked at it as a strange curiosity within the furry fandom. I had seen some drawings and read 
sethtriggs 's comics. However, last year in April, I joined the Chakona Tales discord just out of curiosity. At first, I didn't know what to expect there. They taught me a lot about chakats, and thanks to Mark, Seth, Mick and others, I began to understand what this universe created by Doove was about.
I was curious.
The first few chapters were well received and Seth helped me translate them. The first story was called Sunset in Amistad.
And wow, it's been a year of that. One year!
And I continued to write encouraged by Seth and others of you. I had experience with novels. But I never wrote something so long.
After Sunset in Amistad, came A New Life, the last chapter of which I wrote today.
It's exciting to finish a book (at least the draft) and know that many people helped and collaborated. I want to thank all of them here.
