A super hero! Come on, I can't just do fantasy all the time.
His abilities are: Being able to cover himself in metal plates, running around 200 miles an hour, and a fast enough reflex that he can make most projectiles ricochet.
Did the math on how much force each leg would have to put into the ground to run that fast, and it's something like 8k lbs. So running that fast without the suit would probably shatter everything but his femur.
The metal plates are also iron, so they're not even that strong. The suit falls off when he's done which means he has to eat iron rich foods for his body to make more plates.
