An idea that was inspired by one of my friends in one of my threads the other day when we were talking about Penelope. So, after several hours, here it is! Penelope's reading a book barefoot, and I've taken way too much time into this. It's so close to show's style, and this is just in GIMP! In all fairness, I love how this came out. :D

Fixed an issue where it looked like she was looking at her feet, signalling some people it was a foot fetish drawing when it wasn't. She was reading herself a book. So, I went back and drew her reading a book this time. What's she reading about is anyone's guess, but my guess here is that she's reading about astrology.
