Osferth often likes to observe the new recruits who want to pledge themselves to his service. As kind and gentle as he is normally he is a beast on the battlefield and he has little time for the inexperienced or those unwilling to learn. Only those who meet his, and his blade masters, high standards will be considered. There are plenty who are filled with nonsense. They'll have to be emptied before they can learn anything useful.
