Yet another 101 Dalmatian Street pic I've been meaning to do. It would seem that our favorite trouble-making teen Dalmatian is getting some punishment for her pranks lately. Who could be blowing her up tho? It's certainly not Fergus (since I ship him & Dolly BTW), it's probably not Dylan since this isn't something he would do & Dizzy & Dee Dee are too loyal to her. My first guess would be their spoiled ass neighbor Clarissa doing this to her. What do you think?
