Its a sneak-around and assasinate people type game, set in a fictional not-england, riddled with plague, oppression and other fun things.
One of your primary weapons is a wheel-lock pistol, the other is your fold-out sword. Oh and you have magic powers too. Point is that its that kind of guns used in the game

NP. The game has a very unique visual style - steampunky victorian and very oppressive. If you're bored one day, I can recommend the two Dishonered games. Play the first one first. You can even run through them without killing anyone, or go full blender-mode and litter the streets with corpses.... though if you do that, the plague and the rats get much worse over the course of the game
